    Instead of a 100K cap on punitive, just make a multiplier...like 2.0 times the amount of ACTUAL damages. That way, big torts (like massive fraud) can get big payouts (only because the the harm was writ large) but slip-n-falls are limited. It's *gasp* fair that way...

    Shooting my .45 was pushing me to get a reloader. Now, I just shoot more 9 and 40. Plus, I shoot a lot of rimfire when I'm feeling broke. I have my eye on a nice little .22 by Walther...the P22. Maybe get a supressor....so much for cheap.

    I saw several Aeoflot breakoff airlines operating charter flights to VTBU (Utaphao, Thailand) for new year's...they fly the pax in and park the jet for the 3 weeks of "holiday". They park them. Not sure how they're gona make it with thinking like that! We're talking up to 50 airliners here....
