Umm, all of them?
I would apply to anyone that will take your resume. Try skydiving operations, banner towing (although a bit dangerous), pipeline patrol, traffic watch, instructing, perhaps see if a school might hire you if you get your CFI ratings there. Get a copy of Trade a Plane, and...
Unless it's changed recently, other airlines cannot list for the jumpseat on Delta. You just show up at the gate and the agent will put you in line. Listing is for Delta pilots only.
Hope that helps.
Didn't you guys hear about that Air France crash up in Toronto, where the FA's got everyone out of the burning Airbus before it went up in flames?
To answer the original question, I belive both the flight attendant(s) and the captain could get violated for flying without giving the briefing.
It's true, Comair is no longer an airline. It's a part of an airline, just like the 767 pilots are a part of Delta. Just because they are a larger subsidiary, doesn't mean Comair is any less a subsidiary.
Yes, Comair does have an unlimited jumpseat policy. Sorry, no CASS yet, but they did take copies of the pilot's passports, and say it is coming soon.
Welcome aboard.
I tried to post the requirements for a short term visa off the Indonesian Consulate website in Washington, DC. It says US residents no longer benefit from this.
I don't know how to create a link, but I just read it.
Thanks for your help.
That helps a lot, thank you. Only problem left is the Visa. I read the Indonesian website, and it says you need to send them two copies of the form, two pictures, a bank statement, your passport with a page empty, a copy of your airline ticket, and thirty five bucks. I can't be without my...
Thinking about a trip to Bali, and the only airline I can find that goes there from the US is Korean. I think I can get an ID 90 on them. Any other ways to go? Perhaps a short flight out of Singapore or Sydney? Thanks for any suggestions.
So, you believe we should all be punished because of what a few idiots believed a long time ago? The Delta pilots could have solved all of their problems with a simple attempt at trying the PID. They are the ones that stonewalled us.
Our MEC has never stonewalled anybody. Whoever thinks...
I don't understand why some of you guys keep arguing with the Delta pilots about what the RJDC is all about, and about hiring their pilots. They obviously don't get it, and will keep saying the same things no matter how many times you tell them.
Even Surplus is tired of telling them, so he...
Hey, some news for you!
It doesn't matter what your TA says, because all Delta would have to do is sell one of us to change what we can fly. Or, buy another so called "regional," and give them all the growth. We do NOT have any scope, if it's in someone else's agreement. You can change it at...
I bought a metal framed one, and my roomate bought the plastic one a few months ago. We are both careful with our stuff, and his is allready broken. He says he won't buy the plastic again, and I never would. It's not just putting it in the back, either. My roomate's broke on the part that...
I wouldn't say most. Have you ever worked at an airline that had PFT in the past? I have. Maybe a lot of line pilots didnt' like it, but would they be so bold as to try to justify not hiring someone because of PFT in their past? I'm not so sure.
PS, just so you understand my bias, I...
If you had ever flown with any of the Midway professionals, you would know what I mean. But, you obviously don't, or you are one of them. I don't think they understand how they come across.
