    Alaska ANYONE

This site has degenerated into nothing but posers, flamebaiters, negativity, "my company is better than your comany" posts, "your company is crap and is bringing down the industry" posts, banned users re-registering countless dozens of times to spew the same crap over and over again...etc..etc...

    Alaska ANYONE

Hey...I live in SeaTac (technically) just down the hill off Military and 216th...albeit it is sort of Kent (Kent Schools) and sort of Des Moines (Des Moines post office). All new construction homes, very nice neighborhood and a VERY short drive to the Training Center. I guess it all depends on...

    Horizon Airlines Pilot @ KSEA

I don't think my reply was worth of a "smart ass" response. Just pointing out the obvious to those who sometimes have difficulty with it..(many of the Flightinfo users suffer from this affliction.) I sure did not intend for you to take it personally. Just trying to point out that the pilot...

    AirTran Learning From History

Whoops....I guess I already posted my thoughts on this subject above.... Sorry...

    Horizon Airlines Pilot @ KSEA

Your thread title is a bit misleading. Horizon pilots may be based at any of their three domiciles depending on equipment assigned and need. Dash 8-200s are based in PDX and SEA, Q400s in PDX only (for now...so they say), and the CRJ in PDX and DEN. It just so happens that the corporate...

    AirTran Learning From History

When I was at AirTran, I was one of those who bid CDOs exclusively, even when I could hold a regular line. I was senior enough to bid the good ones....MYR, JAX, etc....where I would check in around 2030, fly 45 mins to the desitnation, have over 7 hours on the ground, then fly the 45 mins back...

    AirTran Learning From History

At least when I leave, I'll be able to return on my own...if I want, when I want...without having to register yet another username. YOU, on the other hand, will be kicked to the curb. Again. Also, unlike you, I can go somewhere where there are methods in place to keep out posers...

    AirTran Learning From History

I said "pretty much left". I guess reading comprehension is not your strong suit either, eh Chuckie? By the way, those "greener pastures" I have "pretty much" left for are green because they purposely keep out dead weight such as yourself. Have a nice life Chuck/Lawman/Boris/Lame Lizard/Limp...

    AirTran Learning From History

Wow, three pages and only a couple of posts about the actual subject. Just one guy and his alter egos polluting the thread. This is exactly why I have pretty much left Flightinfo for greener pastures.

    Questions regarding Horizon Air...

Regular line holders get a min of 13 days off per bid period (35 days in a bid period). Reserve line holders...12 days off per 35 day bid period.

    Questions regarding Horizon Air...

...Do you mean how many guaranteed days off per bid period? Average days off? ....No on the flow-thru. .....No on the option of choosing your equipment as a new hire.

    Any Current Alaska Interview Gouge?

What's the matter Rhoid? Getting tired of registering for the 25th time just to continue to flame...so you try something this lame...again???

This is absolutely correct. No doubt.

    Misdemeanor question

It didn't work as your previous banned usernames and it won't work now. Those who run the site know what is what and who is who. Trust me.

    Any Current Alaska Interview Gouge?

For what it's worth, the prospect of a lot of people leaving, either through early retirement or going to another company, doesn't seem to be bothering them too much. Or at least that's the face they put on. We have been notified that they expect a huge training push and are prepared to deal...

    Any Current Alaska Interview Gouge?

I was kind of thinking the same thing. All prospective new hires at any company, just after their interview, think that company is a "class act".
