1213 GMT [Dow Jones] Sal. Oppenheim upgrades Deutsche Post (DPW.XE) to buy from neutral, lifts fair value to EUR24 from EUR22. Says the potential turnaround of the US Express business and the integration of Exel are two key issues for the stocks. In case of a failure of the US Express turnaround, the unit might be sold completely which would also be seen positively by the market. Notes the Exel integration seems to be well on track. Says the market seems to focusing on risk scenarios. However, it's also worth taking a look at different scenarios which might be positive for the share price. Shares +1.9% at EUR20.47. (JUM)
