I appreciate that info. I just got off the phone with samsonite and they said the same thing. I can replace the whole wheel assembly. Mine has the nubby thing!!
I have an old Samsonite aeroline hardside crew rollerbag and the original hard plastic wheels are shot. I've heard there is a roller blade conversion out there for it but I just can't find it.
Can anyone help! I love my old samsonite hardside and if I can rejuvenate it I'll do that cause I...
Seems eerily similar doesn't it. Though the redesign of the
fuel/oil heat exchanger was supposed to remedy the problems
of ice crystals forming.... If it was RR powered.
Hope all are ok!
Question about US and Foreign University degrees as they apply to the Majors?
Hey everyone...
I've come to the decision to finally finish my University Degree. The question is... I'm considering getting my degree from back home in England.
The basic question is, am I doing myself a disservice...
I got my Stealth round about 2000 and was still going strong this year. No rips, bent frames, or failing zips yet. All original. Now that's not to say it its in rough shape cosmetically.
Now I have had friends who bought the same bag just within the last few years, under the same conditions...
Hey...
I was just wondering if there was a clear favourite in terms of where you Denver folks rent your airplanes from??
If you have any suggestions let me know. Basically looking for the usual singles and perhaps somewhere with a twin also.
Thanks

I have never had privileges revoked, although I was delayed in taking a checkride or recurrent (I don't remember which) session right after 9/11, but it wasn't for more than a few days. I stayed on as a regular crew member though. As stated above... "makes a lot of sense doesn't it!"
I have been flying as a British national here in the us (Part 121) since 2000 and I also did all my training here in the US. Immediately after 9/11 there were delays in getting my 121 training approved every now and then although they were not lengthy delays.
I don't know exactly what happens...
Unfortunately most agents either don't know how or simply don't want to be bothered with International Jumpseats in my experience.
I have always used United to get across he pond and they have been the best in my experience. That being said I dont think it should have been as hard as it was.
Thanks for the information everyone! No I don't have an interview although I want to be ready just in case...
I think my rather limited experience considering the variety of people looking for work isn't going to be enough to get me in. Oh well. Doesn't hurt to try though.
