Is there realy any money left to sue out of Comair? who is Comair Insured by?

Nothing new here. The pilots were most likely negiligent and not Comair. The lawyers don't care. Maybe they can sue to mandate every runway in the world be at least 7000ft long if the airport has commercial service. 99% of the time these suits are complete BS but the folks will get the money from the insurance company.

I am willing to bet that half the people that sue had no close relationship with the people that died. Sad but true. You wish they could mandate that all the folks be buried before this BS comes out. F8ck lawyers like this. If there is a hell hopefully they will rot in it.

I hope the families involved will be able to come to terms with their relatives deaths eventually.

Greed will not help anyone heal, all the money in the world will not bring anyone back. And what does one do when someone gives you millions in exchange for the death of your son? It just would not feel right to use the money to buy a boat. Does anyone else think its somehow wrong to try to get money out of loved ones death?

keep them coming.

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

fasten your seatbelts is going to be a bumpy ride.
