That covers what, 3 airplanes? Hardly 16. Through in a little attrition and I may just be one or two airframes.

I don't pretend to know what the plans are, but I do see signs of expanding the fleet. If the plan was 16, I doubt that they would get them all at once, so there's no need to put out the bids all at once. We have an order for something like 100 Phenom's too, but you don't see bids for 250 Captain positions. In fact the bid was for 12, I think, but that should cover the deliveries scheduled for a while.
