Endeavor will apparently lose 38 CRJ-200s, 26 to Air Wisconsin and 12 to SkyWest. A poster on another board said Endeavor will eventually rid themselves of all of their -200s, and stick with 81 -900s.

Here is a portion of a memo to the Air Wisconsin pilots from their management:

6 year contract

"Under the terms of the agreement, we would be placing five aircraft into scheduled operations as a Delta Connection carrier effective January 5, 2015. The remaining 21 aircraft would be inducted into the DC network thereafter, at a rate of two or three per month, with the last aircraft placed into Delta?s operation on October 1, 2015. The initial January 2015 schedule reflects that most flights will be operating out of Philadelphia, PA (PHL), Cincinnati, OH (CVG), Raleigh, NC (RDU), New York, NY (JFK) and Detroit, MI (DTW) to approximately 18 other cities, with an average stage length of approximately 360 miles."

Delta move up the date of the 200's leaving. It seems Endeavor losing over 50 pilots a month and if rumors are true, over 70 scheduled to leave this month, our staffing levels will be at the 81 aircraft level in 4 months. Someone should figure out that as we approach that staffing level and our quality of life stays the same here, more and more pilots will leave. Most of us can only hope that somewhere other than another regional will be an option as this place is Comaired by our parent company. We have been told so many lies, we cannot trust even our own memo's as the last one 3 days ago told us of growing our MSP base and even more pilots being moved from NYC to MSP. Only to cancel that move three days after that memo. The communication by our so called leadership is such that we must see memo's from other airlines to find out our own fleet plans.

The retention bonus program will run through the end of 2016, paying $15,000 each year to each eligible pilot ($30,000 total per pilot). The payments will occur on September 30, 2015 ($15,000), April 30, 2016 ($7,500), and December 31, 2016 ($7,500). Any pilot on the seniority list at the beginning and end of each period will be paid the full retention bonus for that period. Pilots who have months of inactivity, new hires, and pilots who leave mid-term for Delta will receive a pro-rated retention amount. This represents an investment from Delta of tens of millions of dollars in our pilot group. It would make total annual compensation of our first officers the highest among U.S. RJ operators while bringing total pay for our topped-out captains near the industry and Delta Connection averages. The company will additionally offer to buy back any pilot?s 2015 vacation, in one-week increments at 150% premium. This will provide pilots in financial crisis an opportunity for a short-term cash infusion.

Wow. Looks like someone has figured out that there has been and will be an exodus. This will bump up costs for other regionals to try to "retain" their pilots.

I still think certain legacies will target RJ pilots from their competitor legacies' feed. After the flow agreements are done, I don't see them taking many pilots from their own feed sources. I also see LCC competition pilots as targets too.

We will never see a penny of it. just a carrot to slow the faucet a little. we are getting close to staffing for 81 900's. Delta is not going to give over 30 million dollars to regional pilots at endeavor next year. but now, how will they get out of it......
