I think the main problem is no support anymore. None. If I recall some earlier comments that the builder isn't even around anymore. I would imagine finding any parts would be next to impossible.
 
On pay for training. I could have gone to work at ASA 5 years ago when it was PFT, but I didn't want to pay for a job I already was doing somewhere else without PFT. In hindsite I would probably have been better off financially if I had just paid the $10K 5 years ago rather than not paying for the job 3 years ago. I would have been a Captain after one year, and hold a line now making double what I am as an FO. Now it will take at least 3 more years to upgrade. I will lose about $30 K per year that I would have made if I had paid the 10K 5 years ago. Something to think about.

I guess that must be it, but some one has to get the planes. Either that or Delta is going to try to sell them (good luck). I thought someone did buy Dornier (perhaps Daimler Chrysler).

I just want anything I can get my grubby little hands on:D :D :D
