The thing to remember is that the parameters are constantly changing so it's difficult to determine how long upgrade time is. For some it will be shorter than others. I'd say right now for the new hires it will be anywhere from 2 to 3 years to upgrade. But that could change if attrition picks up again which I think it will or we experience growth. Right now there are alot of Captains with conditional hires with other airlines waiting for class dates and the rest have their resumes out to other companies. Like the others have said, attrition has slowed from what it was a few months back and the 146 guys will need to be trained come April so that will take up classroom time until May when the company says they will hire through attrition. I suspect about 10 to 12 per month but I'm sure it will vary.
