    Lumax: Decent GS normally can be quoted at +/- 40-45hr just about anywhere on this side of the pond. If you see it lower, be cautious. (My opinion) Sim rates at PanAM (KMIA) I believe are at 70-75hr. (I would speculate these are normal rates-at least for when I did it) Good luck.
