No arguments but since when is it normal ops to poop in the lav?

I said go INSIDE, like inside the terminal, concourse, crew lounge, CP's desk, whatever, just get off the fu@#*ing airplane! I've only done an air drop (ass not adhering to the toilet) once or twice in the airplane lav myself.

Thanks for the explanation. I was wondering why you wouldn't rather just have the pay, since it's all coming out of the same pot in management's eyes.

There are tax incentives for both sides. It's a way to compensate you (just like per diem) that doesn't involve payroll tax for either you or the company.
