one in the next five years is my guess. and you're right, the only reason they will do it is if they cant find enough pilots.
 
You'd think ATL, ORD, LAX, PHX and LAS might be good candidates because you can fly anywhere in the country from those hubs. DEN doesn't cut it as the "West Coast" domicile...
 
For what K.P. said at the Women In Aviation conference last month she has hit her numbers through August so I guess they are not having that much of an issue hiring.

GSO / CLT also makes a lot of sense given the big East Coast hole that exists today between EWR and FLL. Lots of airline service to all points in the country, and a major maintenance facility.
