Why don't they just ask for full time volunteers?
 
Thats falking awful. If they were looking for 500 hour pilots to pay 20K a year to act as a required crewmember, it might be halfway kinda sorta okay. Well, not really. Somebody needs to send operators like these an NBAA compensation survey.

The quality of people applying for that position is going to be low, IMO. Can you say "logbook pencilwhip"?
 
I live within 10 minutes of APA, but I'll keep my contract, props, and $18,000 instead of being someone's jet b!tch for $20,000.
