I'm sure it's in a thread somewhere, but I can't find it.

Can someone please post the current UPS first year pilot pay. Any links to pilot pay websites would also be appreciated.

Thanks!!

OK

Thanks! Can anyone from UPS confirm $27/hr for the first year, and about what that equates to for an annual salary? That number came from the website posted above.

I know the union has no control over that but that pay rate is obscene. Yeah, I know you make it up pretty quick.

Say, does UPS still have the "Loss Prevention" Naz... excuse me, 'monitors'? TC

First year pay is $26000, $2000 for 13 pay periods a year.

It's actually less than Netjets first year pay!!!!! I didn't think it was possible. Of course, UPS pay goes up considerably because you don't sit at the $27K level for 4-5 years like at Netjets I am told.

Did I read that the UPS delivery truck drivers average something like $50-60K per year due to a strong union? Where can I pick up a truck-driving application?

Yeah, but interns don't get to fly a jet and work half a month for the rest of their life. They get a cubicle.

The union is the one who set that pay rate. It was higher before.

When I intervied that was a Question?

What is first year pay?
Can you live on that? Or something along the lines of are you prepared to accept that?
