For those of you that have missed the latest move from the Onesky leadership here you go. Looks like they want to do what ever they want to do whenever they want.
The leadership is attempting to sneak in an 11th hour contract that essentially gives the leadership free reign to do whatever they like. While the company's new contract proposal looks good on the surface, it contains many serious flaws.
The first is the fact that they want the Red Label pilots to be immune to furloughs while the average pilot can be furloughed at a whim and out of seniority order.
The second item is the new payscales. While the pay increases may be tempting, the Onesky negotiators are hoping the pilots are sick of the negotiations dragging out, and will accept the sub-par offer.
