Interesting. But both sides have been explicit in their requests to not discuss specific SLI theories. Waiting sucks- but whether this is real or imagined- exposing it to FI does no good. Let our NC's present us at the right time. This thread should die.

You mean the same Mr Kelly that told our entire MEC a few days ago; 'Our plan is to integrate you. Even if this goes to arbitration'.
