In order for that to occur, would DAC have to use the Jet Solutions 135 certificate for charter ops? If they have their own, wouldn't that trigger FLOPS scope clause?

Yes they would. This could get very interesting.

I wonder how many Options pilots would quit to fly a DAC Globals? This could really pi$$ the Teamsters off.
 
First we have to see if DAC is actually the buyer, but rumorwhoring is kinda fun.

Maybe. Maybe not. Ask again in a couple of years. That jury is still out.
 
Depends on dispatch reliability. Is there another frac that has the big Gulfstreams?
 
I have been told that any Globals or Gulfstreams that we may get will be used aircraft. Based on that intel, unless something has changed in the past month, this order would not be for Flexjet. Maybe DAC in some capacity, though.
