The Hawaiian Air pilot in your picture. He did the flying for Raiders of the
Lost Arc. In addition to the stunt flying (that was his airplane they used), he was the actor who played the part of the pilot on screen, It's been years since I've seen the movie, but he had a couple lines about a snake.

As far as the lawsuit being frivolous, this article points out a little reality.

For ornstein to get a confidential look at the books and sign non-compete ageements and than break them is pretty cut and dry. As is stated even a first year law student can see thats wrong. Hawaiian has been quite profitable and they had over a $160 million cash along with one of the "best balance sheets in the industry" They just paid cash for 4 767's, which means they will have lower operating costs than the 767's they currently operate (no lease payments). Mesa's RJ will cost 30% more per seat to operate than HAL's 717's and will be much less comfotable. HAL and AQ will match their fares, so what's the incentive to ride on an airline run by people that are the antithesis of the "Aloha Spirit".

Hey,
Isn't j.o. a convicted felon? Securities or sumthin like that? If he cannot figger the SEC rules, he might have a problem with other legal thingys, like nondisclosure statments.

Mesa offers the lowest price and looses money in HI to get rid of all the other airlines flying inter-island, then takes over.

Whether you two like it or not, at least now you know his plan.

Gee what would we have done without you? Check out this article. http://www.hawaiibusiness.com/currentmonth.aspx?id=10

During some of Aloha Airlines' darkest days in bankruptcy last fall, the news releases began. Phoenix-based regional carrier Mesa Air Group announced in September it intended to start flying interisland routes in the first quarter of 2006. Mesa, the low-cost carrier that was thriving on the Mainland while most airlines foundered, wanted a piece of Hawaii. Industry insiders in Hawaii couldn't help but speculate that Mesa's main aim was to shake up Aloha and scare away any prospective investors.

We were onto JO and Mesa within hours of his/their initial press releases. You are about 6 months late.
