Congress needs to just pass a simple law that states that if an airlines name is on the airplane then the airplane must be operated by, maintained by, and supported by people directly empolyed by that airline.

Already happens. Ever seen a plain looking regional airplane sitting at one of the legacy gates with its own airlines name plastered down the fuselage or tail? It's called at risk flying and fits your description perfectly! You will see more of it. It is a way around scope.

Definitely ! Think about this fact, sky west has been pulling 200's out of the desert and making money with them. That's right people, sky west MAKES MONEY WITH CRJ 200's. How can that be when all of the industry experts say 50 seat aircraft can't make money and the sky west pilots have an industry leading pay and benefit package ? Something doesn't add up !
I'm so confused, someone must be lying !

Do you know that for sure? Have you compared it to Air Wisconsin or some of the others?

That was meant as sarcasm. Sky west doesn't have industry leading work rules.
