In a recent mailing, SAPA actually apologized for being completely ineffective in regards to the latest screw job (Health Coverage slashing).


If only line pilots would figure out what SAPA finally freely admits.

Hey, where's all the regional hiring now? All the big regionl pay scales? All the rapid movement up the seniority list? All the quick upgrades? I'll bet all those guys at Skywest want to apply somewhere else. Management really screwed them.

SAPA is not horrible. However, SAPA is not an effective form of representation. That is the reality.

Screwing, as in presently screwing them. It's not just pilots, but Skywest employees. The recent medical insurance change comes to mind as a good example of a screwing.

Skywest is what it is. Let's at least cut through all the bullsh*t. "Employer of choice, we're better, we're different, la de da."
