be99fr8dog here's an interesting situation, you and I seem to have about the same hours, you are CFI and I'm FSO...so say we are equally qualified. Now, I quit my present position because of whatever reason...go to Flightssafety, get a rating on a/c type x, then goto Eagle and pay for 100 hours on a/c type x.

Then I apply for a position at the company you work at...and shock and horror...I get hired:eek: then we get rostered to fly together....now what:confused: are you going to refuse to fly with me?are my building blocks bollocks in your eyes? what if be some quirk of fate, I am better at the job than you  and I dont wanna fly with you ......

your arguement holds its own, if you are referring to a low time and I mean 300 hour to 500 or 700 hour CPL. Depending on the ops they have done. That , I think is the crux....the experience and professionalism that a pilot brings into the cockpit. Not where he got his hours from.

135pilot and icywings, pm me, I wanna speak to you guys.

so what? that discussion is far from over
