What's your excuse for the scope concessions? I guess it was too much to hope that DAL pilots wouldn't give another inch on large RJs. This has no doubt given our management leverage to force large RJs down our throats. Hence my frustration.

Boeing will actually take them first, clean them up, paint them, put in new seats, and install wifi. I believe your new owner may also be paying DL money per month or per year to take them off of their hands. Sounds like a great deal, minus your boogers.

The profit sharing reduction might occur starting in 2014 (check comes on Feb 14th each year), but if profits go gangbusters, then the profit sharing will actually increase (15% up to 20%).

But enough about that, how's your stagnation going? How many AirTran guys are ahead of you? Good for them.
