Brittany Spears will also be the CEO of Comaba. The new company headquarters will be in Saskatchewan.

I heard Comair will merge with Mesaba if DAL/NW merge. Would Comair relocate to DTW?

Who knows, Who cares...it is well out of our control.

My take, probably not...I'm from DTW and work Comair so I wouldn't mind it, plus Mesaba has a good group of people over there.

I know it wouldn't work out good for us, as we are a pretty senior pilot group and I could only imagine the fit that would be thrown about integration.

NW moved mesaba and compass under one organization but with two separate certificates. It would no tbe unexpected to have the combined organization continue and put wholely owned regionals in the same organization. Makes it easier to dispose of assets when the suits need some cash in the future.

I'm curious about your source of information. CoATP may be right.

Did you hear this in ops or a recurrent training class or somewhere else? In most cases, such information is useless speculation.

If you want to see what happens to wholly owned subsidiaries, look at USAirways and Piedmont.
