Good luck OE (Original Eagle) folks. Hold the line with XJT and things will change at the regionals. The execs at the top can not see that they have to replace thousands of pilots.....not a hundred. It will dawn on them unless the big regionals fold. Then it's any easy game to win for them

I hope the express carriers get their wages up. This would facilitate the growth at mainline. It is all about cost per seat mile and at a certain point you will see a shift back to 737, 319 flying.. They will just cut down on the freq. 6 to 4 flights. I think it the long run higher wages at the express carriers will mean more mainline jobs. There are many cities that support bigger planes with a few less flight sper day.
