Rumor is Eagle gone by the end of the year, one way or another. It's no secret that Arpey wants to get rid of it. So does the APA.

The latest company scope proposals seem to want to remove restrictions for a/c up to 76 seats (aircraft can be certified for 86 seats or 89000lbs). Also talks about removing all commuter air carrier restrictions currently in place as far as routes, ASMs, limitations on the particular flying. I would agree that Arpey wants AE out and TSA/CHQ/whoever else to do future 70+ seat flying. APA may get their wish, but be careful what you wish for.
