Yep, that's nearly 10 percent of outstanding shares. AAI filed with the SEC today for three seats on MEH's BOD.

With AirTran having 1.77 million shares and electing three members to the board, is an indication AirTran will be sticking around in MKE for the long haul. AirTran has extended its offer to April 11, 2007. What does this truely indicate, I don't know. But again it will all come down to the shareholders in the end.

Nominating BOD members is not "electing" them.
