Too late. These deals will be done in about two weeks, and XJT MEC refuses to start negotiations until June. That ship is setting sail, and they haven't even packed yet.
 
So maybe Inc is bidding (why wouldn't they) and decide later who to fly it with (Sky or Xjt)

It's possible, but the flying starts 8 months from now, and every month that goes by is another month XJT is behind on E-175 certification.

Was Envoy going to be able to continue to find pilots to fly them? So its the same problem no matter who flies them, right?
 
Envoy has pilots for replacement aircraft.
