With Options announcing the opening of bids for 4 Phenom 300 PIC's, the pilots that transferred to Flex on a PLOA have a choice to make. They can stay on the bottom of the seniority list at Flex, or return to Options and keep their original seniority number.

The longer the transfers stay at Flex, the more time in service they lose at Options. If they choose to return to Options, the company should let them. If they put in a formal request to return from their PLOA, they should be able to resume accruing longevity with their Options number.

The UNION mailed out certified letters to the transfer pilots who did not fill out a withdrawal card for their PLOA demanding back dues or termination in 90 days.

A dick move from the UNION for an honest mistake those guys made.

So send in your withdrawn card and stop whining. As for the slots opened at Options, I hope the SIC's that want to upgrade or the transfer pilots that want to return will get their chance and not be denied by MANAGEMENT because that would be a dick move.

Everyone is worried about ~80 transfers but couldn't give a damn about the 100+ flex pilots who got ********************ed in this sli. ******************** em'
