Could be an opportunity for First officers. Such a loaded subject, any thoughts?

I'll get this out of the way....The IBT will save you!.....there.

Are you guys doing dedicated crewing like Flop's did back in the day? Or are you talking the Global and the talk of some Challengers doing the same as the Globals?

Dedicated crews, but, unlike the Globals, the Challengers will still be run inside the Flexjet program.

It does sound like dedicated groups of crews, since if their plane breaks and there is another plane of the same type on the ramp they would take that plane, so not dedicated plane.

Really sounds like a way to circumvent seniority. FLOPS pilots can come here and get a captain slot in the 350 right away. Current Flex FO's can become challenger captains ahead of more senior pilots (think 45 captains). Either stick with the seniority system or get rid of it entirely. This half and half $hit is for the birds.

Welcome to Ricci world guys. It has been said many times at Flops seniority means nothing. Hence the SFO program. Change is coming and probably not for the better.

So if I am not mistaken, it is basically the same as the way that things are run now. If you are a LR45 guy than you fly 45's, etc.

This plan of theirs however is only going to apply to which aircraft? Sounds like Ricci is trying to pull something.

Dude eventually the Union will be gone and the 2 pilot groups will be merged either by percentage or DOH as the new company becomes one.
