No, our process agreement prevented what happened in that case.

Theirs (different terminology) did as well. Point being, even after arbitration, if one side is unhappy with results, they will do anything and everything to ignore the arbitrated award.

There are no guarantees. Even though many on here like to crow about having some sort of crystal ball.

The only stick any of us had was dragging this thing out and making it painful for the company. With more to lose in doing that by the bait n switch of the 717 not being brought on the property your side IMHO would have been creamed.

But remember, you're done talking about the SLI-Right?

How is arbitration the answer? You peddled relative with DOH being the worst case scenario. This caused wild expectations in you pilot group, which in turn caused them to think that it was ok to let their MEC turn down a contract that would have keep the Captain spot, protected ATL all the while getting instant pay raises.

Now you get on here again trying to peddle your delusional thought that you would have done better in arbitration. That flies in the face of the two groups that went to arbitration and didn't even get close to DOH let alone relative and for the most part lost more seniority than the Airtran Pilots did.

You didn't manage the expectation of your pilot group and now you are trying to deflect the blame by saying you would have done better in arbitration.
