How the *************************! Now he can bring in Daniella wines da 5th in too!

Now that is pretty funny, the non-standard check airman. Ya know, if he didn't have an eye problem- he would have been an awesome fighter pilot.
Just ask him.

How is he going to be a FO again? He's a left seat addict.

its not about being on the left seat or right seat. The problem is that he's such a tool that no matter where he's at he will be noticed. If he pulls that sh!t at main line I want to be that fly with the popcorn ready.

It seemed like every flight he did commuting from his home in CVG to DTW would be a line/standards check. He was milkin it. On top of his day job pay, he'd get credit for the line/standard check on his commute. And then you'd be privileged to hear how you did. Gee, you're welcome for the free ride TO /FROM WORK.

He learned that from the little guy who used to commute LIT-DTW.

That kinda thing should be illegal. Give a line check when it's due or a standards check when absolutely required. But to do one every commute leg should be illegal. If only pilots could speak without fear of repercussion, tell them to go sit in the back and enjoy the ride to work.

The rest of us lowly pilots don't get paid to commute to work, why should they, at potentially the expense of a crew especially with the amount of ego in these checks (line check from DW anyone?).
