XM/Nexrad WX Problems

Just curious, has anyone had any problems getting WX from XM recently? Our 350 uses WX Worx on Wings for a cabin display for the owner and we have had difficulty getting the satellite to return requests from the receiver. Receiver is working fine. Thanks....

Thanks for that info. I called XM yesterday and finally found out our equipment takes between 5-10 minutes to actually receive Nexrad.

Yeah, some where on their website its tells you the broatcast times. I've never seen my NEXRAD images any older than 6 min old.
