So I'm curious, does anyone know the way to say "White meat chicken" in Chinese? namely Shanghaiese? I swear, I have tried to order no less than 5 different chicken dishes, and it seems all they serve you there, no matter what the price of the meal is random assortments of chicken... feet, head, wings, ... anything but the breast..

I know what you're talkin about. There's this cold chicken they sell which is white breast meat and its chopped into rectangluar pieces. It comes with this awesome scallion and ginger sauce. I had some recently in Taipei. Absolultey delicious! I did however, have to point out which meat I wanted from the ones hanging in the window.
