Chairman Obamao in the WH doesn't give a ratzz azz about anyone except him and what's good for his cronies.

Mergers don't eliminate competition long-term. If there is money to be made Airbus will lease someone with VC the airplanes they need to be "the next Southwest". The DOJ suit just made that a little more difficult for the little guy by protecting US and AA from their own mistakes.

Furthermore, there are very, very few cities with unsubsidized service that don't have multiple airline options. The consumer just has to put a value on non-stop service. If it's too expensive to take US non-stop, you take DL with a stop in ATL.

When Obama nationalized GM, he never said it was to protect the consumer from Ford and Toyota taking advantage of them.
