Any news on that front? I thought DP and USair wanted "clarification" on the binding arbitration award and what legally they should do via a Judge Silver? I had heard a ruling would be made by late Feb? DP probably wants to clean things up to make USair more appealing for possible mergers, and two separate contracts and pilot groups doesn't help.

Godspeed!

The OYSter

They asked for a declaratory judgement - and nothing has been issued yet. DP told an audience about 3 months ago that it could take over a year (from that point).

Final motions were filed last week. Now we wait to see if Silver wants oral arguments or will just issue a ruling. Expect her ruling between May and November. 2012, hopefully.

That is really the ruling I want to read!
