Not too much. Pretty slow week other than the usual hiring and A/C deliveries.

Yachts International magazine, the international luxury yachting publication, has been named the exclusive yachting publication for NetJets, Inc., the worldwide leader in private aviation.

The state Controlling Board has approved a $500,000 roadwork grant for NetJets Inc.’s expansion, another installment in the multimillion-dollar public incentive package that helped keep the aviation company in Columbus.

The Oklahoma Thoroughbred Association honored NetJets Breeders’ Cup Mile (G1) winner Kip Deville as the Oklahoma horse of the year for 2007 at a banquet on August 2 at Remington Park.

If you have an interview this week, now you know a few things that have been going on.

Do you frequently ask yourself questions and then answer? Do you speak in 3rd person like Bob Dole?

Thanks for the info CD

Buckeye says NetJets is a great place, Buckeye says you need to apply now. Buckeye says Michigan is going down again :)

Hawker 4000 bids were awarded, and as usual, went very senior-in the 100s. Other fleets saw a number of upgrade awards as well. Most junior was about #1907. First capt bid in a while with upgrades vs fleet swaps. The seat swapping may be slowing down, allowing more rapid upgrades.

Six, it sometimes appears some of the guys are gloating. I think Dad is excited to be here, and sharing some good news in an otherwise bad news career field. It's good stuff for the candidates interviewing as well.

I find it refreshing to see these bits of good news, including news from Flex, XO, and a few glimmers of hope from the FLOPs folks. There is hope for us all yet, as a whole new branch of the flying career is taking root.

Is Flightaware tracking the C-182 taking Chad Pennington OUT of town???
