I may have an interview with Central Air Southwest and need to know a gouge on it. I checked aviationinterviews.com and nothing on there. Is there a Sim ride? What can I expect?
Thanks
tough to find gouge on a company that nobody has ever heard of.guess that might be a good sign. at least they aren't killing pilots bi-weekly like some of the others.
I dont remember what the interview was like but it doesnt matter. They cant find people with enough background anyway so they dont care what your experience level is. If you show up you are pretty much hired. I never heard of anybody who met 135 minimums that didnt get hired.
I worked there a long time ago so maybe things are different and I'm not going to spew a bunch of garbage about them either but unless you cant find ANYTHING else then my advice would be to NOT go the Central Air Southwest. If you need multi-engine time you can get it there but (again with the caveats) if you have a wife and children do them a favor and keep looking.
