At the purple place 4.5 if you bid reserve and 6.0 if your a line holder, plus we can slide our vacation 5 days either way to knock out trips, basically one week of vac. gets just about a full month off.

Hi!

At USA Jet if you sell a day off it is worth 4.0 hours. Our hourly rate is relatively high, because our minimum guarantee is only 45 or 55 hours.

A 5th year Falcon capt's hourly rate (55 hr. guarantee) is about $90.
A 5th year -9 capt's rate (45 guarantee) is about $117.

A day is a day at F9. Whatever trips your seniority holds a day covers. At retirement / separation a day is worth 4.167 hours.

You can slide three days either way, but can't create a conflict with an existing trip by doing so. You can make a conflict greater if it already exists.
