Fellow regional pilots,

Just curious...

1. What are your bonus checks / profit sharing plans like and how much are they generally?

2. When are they paid out and can you put it in your 401k?

Thanx in advance!

ASA = $0.00.

Probably two cookies again. Or nothing at all. They really appriciate our service.

XJT avg is about 5-7% of annual earnings. It can be put into the 401k or as a check that is taxed the crap out of.

^Where the heck do you keep getting those avatars???? Post linky!!!!

I knew you would hold out on me! DAMMM YOU!!!!!!!!!

Is she from Tulsa by any chance??? :)

$50 each quarter, assuming we make the "cut" to get a payout. We didn't make it last quarter, so I haven't been splurging on the Super Size option for lunch!

Thanx guys keep it coming.

I'm seeing if our pay proposal + bonus holds a candle to the rest of the industry. Our company keeps rah, rahin' our MBIP as part of our pay scales here at SkyW.

Bonus is a Bonus silly mngnt.
