Wasinc or Hawaiian Aviation:JAL Ex. HNL

Looking for some pilots that went this route and contract fly for JAL Express, HNL based. I have been thinking of applying, just wanted to know some of the pros & cons of this contract. I am getting mixed reviews from different pilots I know that work there. Any insight would be most appreciated! Sluggo...Happy Hoidays to everyone...
