Hell Ya! Job well done. This profession needs a boost in that it is fairly routine and even boring at times, but we are paid for the what-ifs, or not paid. Great Job, I'm actually proud today of my fellow aviators, even after 911 we were the step-children of aviation, now hopefully people will see us as the assets that we truly are. There was no autopilot or some technological toy that could have done this, this is what experience and training, and pure guts that make this a profession that will be forever misunderstood by the masses, but very important to those in the know. Very humble, In this clip, one of the last passengers off describes his conversation with the pilots (towards the end of the clip) Said he shook the capt's hand on the raft, and said "thank you for saving our lives" Response was...."Your Welcome" F/O stated he thought it was going to be alot worse than it turned out.
