Based on input we received from our chief pilots, we are pleased to announce that UPS will offer a program to allow crewmembers who will be furloughed the option of receiving the monies accrued in their sick leave accounts.
We have already initiated discussions regarding the details of this program with the Independent Pilots Association. We expect to be able to communicate the process for accessing these monies to you by next week.
We will provide more details as soon as they are available.
