What percentage are your union dues? Comair, ACA, Mesa, DAL, etc???

Just curious what the industry norm is...

I know UAL is 1.9%. Is it the same for all ALPA carriers?

Thanks,

Scott

What basis?

Is the 1.9% on total earning, or some base salary like guarantee

The ALPA dues are 1.95% of your TAXABLE earnings. If you raise your 401(k) contributions you will lower taxes as well as your union dues.

To clarify thats 1.95% to a group that will help you worth a $hit, pit you against another group and tell you to be thankful for your job if you accept it.

Now you can raise your 401K from less wages (if you can afford it) so you can now pay less taxes and less to the group that gave you less in the first place!!

As much as I might rant on about MESA they fall second to those forkin barstwitches at ALPA.

Ah..... feel better now!!

Oh Happy New Year to all.
