Having worked at SkyWest and knowing people still there. Nobody would ever run a "Gupppy Killer" sticker at SkyWest. The Republic guys flying EMB-170-190's for $37/ hr. in the right seat. That's another story.
Skywest does not fly 200, 700, and 900's for the same pay rate. You are thinking about Republic F/O's.
Please keep scope in tact and lets all try to work together. Management loves the fact that we are fighing with each other over this stuff. It makes us weaker and management stronger.

Hmm... 44 vs 42 for TOS FO. Yeah, that 2 dollar/hour difference for 36 more seats sets you well above an RAH FO on the food chain.

Not anymore.

But they for sure didn't do any of the other UAX/DelCon carriers with contracts, higher pay, and actual work rules that were better than SKW's when the agreed to fly a 700/900 for the same money as a 50 seat airplane during the UAL BK process. As well as on an "18 month" pay freeze that lasted about double that.

All in the name of "growth"
