Also keep in mind that many Training Contracts contain statements that the listed ammount is due if an employee leaves OR is terminated with cause. Be very carefuly with this silly "don't shower or try to get yourself fired" business, could end up much worse than you think.
 
Training contracts blow...

I have a ding on my credit becuase of a stupid contact for a lame freight company. They sued (i lived in another state and was flying reguarly) so I didn't show to court. Default judgement in their favor... oh well...
 
I was asked to sign one recently that said "terminated for any reason" so if they sell the plane and terminate me I still would have to pay the cost back.
