TOL Air

Had a TOL AIR pilot come up the other night for a ride to SRQ to visit family. I checked and saw that they were not on the US Airways list so I had to call dispatch and they left the decision up to me. I let him go anyway even with his rude comment to my FO. Regardless of that, do you have a contact down there so that you guys can be added so that one of your fellow pilot's won't get stuck somewhere with a prick Captain?

I don't mind giving ride's to guys and your always welcome, but keep your rude comment's to yourself.

I didn't actually hear the comment cause I was on the phone doing everything I could for this guy. FO didn't tell me about it untill we had already pushed.

Everyone I know that has worked at Tol Air hated it. Maybe it was just wearing on him. Still, no excuse for the rude comment.
