These guys were just doing a paractice for an airshow right over my house. I climbed up on the roof for a better view. There was also a seneca with 2 bi-planes in trail, flying above. Just when I thought NYC was aviation free. What an amazing sight. Hope some else enjoyed it. It is fleet week in NYC so hopefully i'll get to see more on sunday. I needed an aviation fix.

We were parked at JFK getting ready for our flight when we saw a solo TBird doing a low knife-edge pass over 13R. Sweet!

My department had a lunch cruise down the Hudson yesterday and we watched them practice for about an hour. They passed overhead a number of times while we were near the Statue of Liberty.
