Wow, I thought you were talking about TAT, Total Air Temperature, as in the difference between:

OAT - Outside Air Temperature
FAT - Free Air Temperature
SAT - Saturated Air Temperature
RAT - Ram Air Temperature
or
TAT - Total Air Temperature
