SWA Per Diem Question

How much per diem pay does a SW pilot receive? Is it per hour, trip or other? Whatever measure is used, how many hours, trips or other can the average pilot expect per month? In other words, how much average per diem can one expect per month?

Pilots at SWA receive $2.15/hour in per diem when we're on the clock -- report time till released on a trip. It varies depending on the length of your trip obviously, but in general terms, it's about $500 per month roughly.
